A new waterside district is being developed in Berlin-Mitte. Historically characterised by industry, the area now opens up towards its surroundings and is transformed into a lively neighbourhood that preserves its history and will make the future become a reality.

A PIECE OF Berlin.
CompletELY
REIMAgINED.

Two high-rise apartent buildings  at the centre of the ensemble form a widely visible landmark signalling change. New buildings blend with historic industrial architecture. With green spaces, public pathways and open areas spread throughout the property, the new quarter combines work, living, and recreation on around 80,000 sqm of gross floor area (GFA). A new neighbourhood is growing in Moabit – open, green and vibrant.

Everything a city needs

Moaville provides new living space for Berlin with 500 apartments for sale and rent. Thirty per cent of these units are earmarked for subsidised housing.

At the same time, around 1,500 workspaces are being created. An integrated concept combines home, work and life.

Business, culture, gastronomy, and retail turn Moaville into a vibrant 5-minute neighbourhood. All you need is here – from daycare centre to late-night shop.

For the work of tomorrow

Work has shaped this location since the 19th century. In Moaville, this history continues.

Around 35,000 sqm of flexible commercial and office spaces provide the setting for contemporary ways of working, craftsmanship and urban manufacturing. The spaces can be flexibly utilised to meet the requirements of sectors such as creative industries, hospitality, and sports.

Bright ideas are taking shape. Roof terraces and balconies as well as the surrounding green areas are perfect venues for taking a deep breath. The waterside location offers expansive views – and fresh perspectives.

Moaville
offers more.

Striking architecture situated by the water and shaped by a diverse mix of uses – Moaville is a unique piece of Berlin.

Shaping things together

The city thrives on interaction. State-of-the-art, flexible commercial spaces provide a setting for companies that value personal exchange and a vibrant environment – with gastronomy, daycare centre, shopping facilities, and cultural offerings in immediate vicinity.

Just let
it flow

The district is characterised by the Charlottenburg Canal. Moaville opens up towards the waterfront and makes it a tangible experience.

More freedom

Moaville gives you room to breathe. Pathways and open areas are spread throughout the property, 2,700 sqm of green spaces invite you to linger, and on 3,400 sqm, there is plenty of room for the kids to play.

Rethinking history

Historic architecture as part of a new beginning. A distinctive industrial building will be preserved and will help to shape the new neighbourhood’s character. In the future, it will be used to host cultural events and creative businesses..

Putting diversity into practice

Urban atmosphere is created through a well-balanced mix. Apartments for sale and rent, commercial businesses, cultural venues, and gastronomy together form a new neighbourhood that’s as diverse as Berlin.

From idea to reality
